About the Farm & Us
We are a family farm.
Established in 2014, Coruscant Farm is operated solely by us, the Jenne Family. Ginger is the creative one with the green thumb and grows all of the things. Doug is the engineer and builds and maintains our infrastructure. Our son helps with feeding our livestock and planting the seeds!
We grow because we love to support our community.
We like to say we practice gentle farming. No till, no harmful chemicals, no pesticides, no hormones, no antibiotics.
Our beef cattle are grass pastured spring through fall and during the winter are fed local hay harvested from our friend's farm down the road. They are given lots of stress-free attention. Our egg laying heritage chickens are outside year round foraging our fields and lay our customer-favorite eggs. Seasonally, we offer rotationally grazed meat chicken.
Our vegetable offerings change annually as we rotate crops and experiment with different varieties.
The farm food we offer changes seasonally. We are always offering *something* to eat ALL YEAR!
